Sharman Pfaus moved to Naples in 1999 from Michigan. She has functioned in several roles of the church from Sunday School Superintendent, Confirmation Teacher, Youth Director, Administrative Assistant, Administrator, and most recently as the Executive Office Manager for First Presbyterian Church of Naples. Sharman will transition into a more support role with FPCN as the Executive Assistant in July 2025 as she prepares for retirement. Sharman holds two nationally recognized certifications in human resources, the first with the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and has been a member of SHRM-Naples (formerly HR Collier) since 2003.

 In her spare time, Sharman enjoys watching sunsets on the beach, spending time with her five granddaughters and reading.
